Knob to digital climate control swap?

I'm sure there is a thread about this already, but I can't seem to find it.

Anyway, can I direct swap a digital climate control cluster from an 05/06 into my 06 SE with knobs?

EDIT: And I also just realised I need proper trim panel for the conversion as well... bah. Question still stands though.
