I've been having an intermittent problem for a couple months now where the car at low rpms and low throttle, my afr jumps around from as low as 9.5:1 to 19:1. Now that it's been getting warmer, it seems to happen more frequently for some reason. It always happens after I've driven the car for a while. Well today it was pretty bad and actually stalled on me twice, but was able to be started up no problem.
If I'm at a stop, and in drive, I push the gas a little to go and the afr drops from 14.7 to mid 9's and will slowly make its way back to 14.7 as I kept in the throttle. Driving through a parking lot it was horrible. Low speeds, low rpms, and low throttle seem to be the worst combination and it stayed down in the 9:1 - 10:1 range.
Originally thought it was possibly fuel pump or dirty fuel filter, but after today with it mainly getting too rich, I'm starting to think more MAF? I doubt it's O2's because they would throw a CEL pretty quickly.
None of the above has been replaced on the car to my knowledge as well (owner since 34K, has 166K now)
Any ideas?
