Need some help. (clutch problems)

So I bought a 2003 Tiburon GT about 3 months ago.

I learned how to drive manual on it so theres my first problem, also i have don't know anything about cars so this shall be fun.

Whats wrong is when I shift gears, the clutch engages i guess, almost when i release the pedal all the way up.

Also it takes a really long time to get up to speed and it seems like it never catches gears.

What can I do to fix this?



p.s. i dont have an unlimited budget either sooo cheaper the better!
