2004 bcm Replacement

Hi all.

I bought a used BCM to replace on a 2004 Tiberon. I made the change and the light problem was corrected but she would not crank. I can hear the rely but she won't turn over at all. I put the old BCM back in and she cranks right up but I still have my ligt problem with the old one. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cluster does not appear to work (nothing visable) with new BCM either but all outside lights and blinkers and brakes do....
