Clutch? Transmission? If so, what exactly?

Hey guys.

I've had a problem with my clutch for about 2 weeks. It suddently started to go bad, I mean, within 2-3 days.

Symptoms (note that the car is heated up correctly):
- Clutch pedal has no feeling anymore until the last 1 inch. Before, it used to grab after the first inch/1.5 inch
- 3rd, 4th and 5th used to slip occasionnaly (probably 2-3 times a month, but sometimes not when I tried to make it slip). Now, ,almost all gears slip when pressing hard on the gas.
- Started to be hard to shift in 1st and 2nd gear. Now all gears are hard to shift in.
- Reverse gear grinds like crazy even if the clutch pedal if full pressed.

My guess is that the clutch needs to be replaced (WOW!).

Just wanted to know if the flywheel need to be replaced also? Or maybe not?

Also, I read that ClutchMaster were the one to choose. Stage 1 or 2? What is better for a normal driving with some fun time to time. I would like something that gives feeling when clutching, something more than OEM. I don't plan on going F/I, so a good inbetween would be perfect.
