Help diagnosing occasional multiple-cylinder misfire

Ok, need a few opinions. It's a 2005, 2.7, auto. Currently with 66k.

Car will on occasion run very rough, barely accelerate, almost like its going to stall. Out of nowhere, under light acceleration. The while incident will last maybe 30 seconds, then CEL will turn off and will drive like normal again.

I was able to pull codes once, (after the CEL turned off).

P0301, P0303, P0305, P0300

From what I've searched

- CPS should throw a misfire code for all 6 cylinders, not just one bank
- TPS,( replaced, but no change)
- ECU , (previously replaced at 18k under warranty for different issue)
- timing belt jump ( belt replaced at 56k)

I've read about the belt jump causing the rear bank to throw a misfire codes but it just doesn't make sense to me. If it were to jump a tooth, shouldn't it run like crap all the time? And not just on random occasion?

Any thoughts, experience or insight would be very helpful!
