So new here because, guess what, I own a Tiburon. Always been a truck guy, but wanted something fun. Everyone and their brother has Subie's around here, and I went from liking them to gagging every time I see a WRX. Finally told my buddy one night that I could build a hotter car than his 09 WRX, for less than $5K. He laughed, I took the challenge.
Picked up a 2000 Tib with body damage basically ruining the front hood and rear quarter panel, with a few other dents, so got her for like 1500. She's definitely a project car but coming along nice and not going to lie, a little 4 banger can be pretty fun. So, might start a build thread if anyone's interested (though doubt it..since it's the old body style), but I have a few plans for it and we'll see what I can do with that budget.
