why are my fog lights turning on by themselves?!!

so the last few days my hid fogs have been turning on by themselves without the car even being on... i do have the dd always on foglight mod. it has been working fine for months until the other day.

I did check the fuse that dd sent and everything is hooked up fine. also checked where i spliced behind the fog light switch and the connections are secure. i make sure the switch is turned off when i get out of my car. the foglights wont be on for a couple hours then all of a sudden they turn on by themselves......i have to start my car up then hit the switch to turn off. then they are off but when i start my car back up they turn on.what the heck is going on here?

for now i pulled out the always on fuse and replaced it with the stock fuse and removed all spliced wires
