Please Help, Need Advice!

So I bought a used 2008 Hyundai Tiburon GT two weeks ago. I picked it up from the dealership exactly 1 week ago today.

When I test drove it (two weeks ago) the car handled well, no steering issues, it was aligned fine, everything was great. Even had a half tank of gas. So I told them I would take it and they said they would hold it out back.

1 Week later I come back to pick it up and look at that, that half tank has disappeared to empty and driving it home I immediately noticed the alignment was off and it was pulling right. Well dang because of work and college I couldn't get it inspected until today. Guess what, I got a big ole' Rejection sticker because the front right tire had a bubble and the rod and alignment was totally messed up. He informed me to bring it RIGHT BACK to the dealership.

Since I have only been in possession of the car for 7 days it still falls under the "60 day or 2,500 mile warranty for any defects that makes the car unsafe". They said they would take care of it for me gave me a handshake and said they would call.

2 hours later, ring ring, "Hi we did a safety inspection on DECEMBER 3rd and the car passed so we have come to the conclusion the issue happened while you were in possession of the vehicle and there is nothing we can do, sorry you can call management tomorrow to try and dispute." click. Um I'm pretty damn sure I didn't hit a curb within 5 minutes of driving that car off the lot.

I'm sorry but WHAT THE F*&@. I seriously don't know what to do right now but this is total BS. Anyone care to inform me what I should try and do? :dunno:

My parents are suggesting court action if they still refuse but there must be something I can do.
