Replaced all clutch hydrolics last year, now clutch dragging

It has been colder that normal the last few days and the car was hard to get into gear, so I gravity bled the system and used the slave to pump the fluid back to push out any remaining air out the master. I put it all back together and it seemed a little better. I adjusted the pedal a little and it seemed to help just a little. At this point is was going into first and reverse decently. Today I go to get in the car at lunch to get some synchomesh fluid to change the gear fluid and put the car in reverse and started it up, and to my amazement continued to go backwards till I hit the brakes. If I take it out of gear and try to put in first (if I push the shifter towards first) the car moves forward. If I try to put in reverse it rolls back, but doesnt engage the gear. Obviously the clutch is dragging, but the master is full, I dont see any fluid running down the inside of the firewall, or anything @ the slave. I am going to try to bleed again and see it air is in the system. If so it is getting in somehow. Is there another reason why the clutch wouldnt fully disengage. I am kind of up a creek here, my wifes frontier needs a distributer and is not running and I need to have this car work to get me, the wife, and kids to school and work. Any help is greatly appreciated. If anyone is near South Carolina and can help please do.
