header

I'm trying to invest some dollars to get the new header, but do not know which one would be good. I know ARK is considered pretty good header, but too pricy for me right now....and I've seen SFR's two header (one is maintech, and the other was system-upgrade), and on the "planning the N/A upgrade" thread, there was OBX and Megan Racing too. But which one is good?

And I've got 2004 Tib i4, and how big of a header piping is recommended? or is there only 3"?
