how hard do you guys have to kick your clutch pedal before it shuts off the cruise control?
ok, here's the short story. cruise control used to cut out. it would shut off, and i'd have to resume it.
one day i decided to check some things out.
Brake Pedal: set the CC, put my foot on the brake pedal (without pressing it) and everything was fine. pressed the brake pedal, and CC shut down. all good.
Clutch pedal: put my foot on the pedal (without pressing it). CC immediately shuts down. tap the side of the pedal with my foot, immediately shuts down. depress the pedal, shuts down.
anybody know how sensitive the clutch pedal should be? it probably shouldn't be THAT sensitive, right? who wants to test it out for me?
also, if you happen to know, rockauto lists 2 different parts for this switch.
2003 HYUNDAI TIBURON 2.7L V6 : Electrical-Switch & Relay : Clutch Pedal Position Switch
and
2003 HYUNDAI TIBURON 2.7L V6 : Electrical-Switch & Relay : Cruise Control Release Switch
and the pictures look like they might be adjustable?
