I have a stage 4 lower intake manifold and tigerlily BBTB for sale. Asking for $250 shipped for the manifold and $200 shipped for the throttle body. Prices are obo. Paypal is dejonc33@gmail.com. Will post a better picture of the manifold when I get home. Also might be selling a complete stage 2 alpine supercharger with a snow performance meth injection kit.

valve stem seals anyone?

okay so i have been browsing the internet for a while now and i cant figue out how to get the valve stem seals that seal the valves to the guide off of the guide and then after that how to reattach the keepers on our car to keep everything together..... anyone who has been down to the HLA's will understand what i am looking at.... any of the videos on youtube the springs and junk are exposed whereas our setup is sunken sitting under a 1 1/4" smooth shaft you dare not score its not very accesable from underneath either.
any input will help. they are my spare heads so they are off the block i feel like there is a tool for this >.<
also are the guides supposed to come out nice and easy or are they pressed in?

Door lock

Hello, I have a 03 Tiburon GT. A few months ago the drive side lock began acting up. The door lock switch will not move on the drivers side so will not lock. The key will not lock the drivers side door either. The passenger one will work. Strangely the key Fob will unlock and lock all doors. Any ideas?

A/C Delete question

As I was removing the piping I notice there is a sensor (see attached photo). By unplugging the sensor, will it trigger a code/CHECK ENGINE light? Thanks in advance.

Driver side axle?

I have a 03 6-speed Tib and it needs a drivers side axle. I'm having a hard time finding one specifically for a 6-speed. So I'm wondering is the 5-speed axle the same as the 6? Thanks!

Took off aftermarket headers due to leak. Going back to stock. Purchased stock headers from junkyard and now i need the stock y pipe along with attached cat converter. Will pay for shipping if needed. I am in CT.

So I'm looking to repaint my gills, gas cap, high spoiler and rear bumper instead of having a shop do it. I'm willing to put in the time if its possible to get great results. I'm looking for other people's success stories to give me a boost in confidence before I pull the trigger on this. Please post pics as well if possible.

help with engine trouble

my daughter was driving down the highway and noticed blue/grey smoke, lots! She was right by an exit and pulled right off, tach revs all the way to the red, then back to normal, engine still running, no power to turn wheels. Had car towed home, and was wondering , any comments on where to start and what it might be?

My 06 Tibby vs a 26ft Lowes Delivery Truck Liftgate

and its driver who wasnt paying attention to sh*t!!

I was pulling out of a gas station, and yes i pulled in behind the truck in order to pull back out on the main street but was 4-5 ft behind the truck, plenty of room for them to see me, if they were paying attention.

Went and got an estimate on it yesterday, just over 4600 in damage, and thats not counting any hidden damage thats found once its gets opened up. The guy at the body shop said it would probably be a total loss, due to the fact that the current book value on the car is right about 5-6 grand.

Its an 06 with 85K miles, is the resale value on these cars that bad? I bought the car two and a half years ago with 54K miles for 11K, so obviously i still owe money on it, and i do have gap insurance in case they do total it, as im upside down on it.

Not really sure what to do in this situation. fight them to not total it, or let them total it and be able to walk away from being upside down, but them i have to start from scratch which i don't feel is right, or try and get them to pay off the car if they total it and buy me a new car!!


Anybody ever been in an accident with a commercial vehicle? Would like some advice.

Passenger Window Not Working

So i bought the car and the passenger window didnt work if i pressed the switch on the drivers side you can hear the passenger switch click not the motor just the switch then i did something idk what but then it rolled all the way down back up then down then up then stopped again when i shut the door any ideas? relays are all good and fuses.

So I found some rims and tires on craigslist today. I'm gunna meet up with the seller later today to check them out. The only information he has on them are:

-Unknown brand name
-19" wheels
-5x114.3
-Tire size: 225/35/zr19

Bought some new wheels today! Unfortunately, they're kinda scuffed and painted really crappy. So I'm trying to think of the right color. I was planning on repainting the Satin Gold, but now... I'm really diggin the murdered look. What do you guys think?

I need your opinion about SiR!!

Alright so ive got a 2006 red tiburon i4 auto. And i have to make the choice whether to keep the car or trade it for a 2002 SiR.
I really love the look of the tib but its so underpowered, the only reason im looking at the SiR is for the possibility of going turbo. What do you guys think i should go for?
