Mazda 3 hid low beam projector retrofit in progress

I've got all of the cutting, sealing, and painting done, just waiting on my upgraded lenses! Hid projectors from an 09 Mazda 3 with factory hid fitted into my FL brackets. Took the squirrel finders away and added a better foreground limiter on the driver's side projector. I painted the backs of the cutoff shield and foreground limiter flat black to reduce glare and sharpen my cutoff. I did the front of those pieces and the inside of the low beam housing flat red for the same reason and for a passive red demon eye when the red LEDs aren't on. The rest of the headlight will look as oem as possible with the exception of the clear corners I have tinted so all but the reflectors and demon eyes are black. Once I get my lenses in and tuned, expect moar pics :)

The sway bar is about 3 years old, the end links about 1 year old.

Stripped clutch teeth....

My clutch gave out a few days back and I finally got the trans off to check out whats wrong... The teeth on the inside of the clutch plate are stripped smooth.... It was a 6 puck, Stg 3 Spec being ran on a N/A setup for less that 10k miles.... The clutch was overkill, but i figured it'd be better than burning lower stage ones up... Anyone know why it would have stripped the teeth??? The car had been getting a little hard to shift for a couple days right before it broke, as in the shifter was hard to push into the gears (IDK if that's a related issue or just coincidence)... When it broke, I was coming off of the interstate, and downshifted from 6th to 5th... It made a bad metal pop, then loss all drive... The trans spline, flywheel, and pressure plate all look fine without burn marks or anything... Any thoughts???

I can't ride with this anymore, cops are always after me, so yeah I got to sell it.

It cost me a **** load of cash to get this imported to Canada, but it was really worth it. Coupled with some DC headers, it gives a really nice sound. But yeah, it's someone else turn to play with this now ;(

I am asking 450$ for this, shipping will depends on where you live. Of course it will be cheaper in Canada, since I live there.

The entire setup is still on the car, so I will post the picture I took before installing it. I will put back the stock line on wednesday.

If you want a video of the sound, just ask.

Front lip at stock height?

Anyone have pics of a tibby at stock height with a front lip? I have some curb rash on my front bumper (not noticeable unless looking underneath) and was hoping to get a front lip, but I don't plan on lowering it. My city's roads would wreck my front end lol. Would it look that weird with a front lip and stock height?

Brake Pads and Rotors

So I went to my dealership today to get the Brake Light Switch recall done and they did a multipoint inspection and a said I need brake pads as mine are at 3mm. Ok well my rotors are really rusting out so I figure I will replace them as well. So I know this has been asked a bunch of times but I'm on RockAuto (woo sponsor) and I see they have lots of options but I'm not sure what I need. I have a 2006 SE so I know I have the enlarged front caliber brakes. Can someone tell me what I need to buy through them or somewhere that would have good brakes cheap. I don't go to the track, it's literally just a daily driver.

No spark, startup issues

I rebuilt my engine and hooked everything back up and tried starting it to no avail. When i checked to see I couldn't get any spark from the coil pack. I have a new coil pack that's hooked up correct and grounded. The uim is also grounded. Already tried changing the ign, snsr, and the ign in the end passenger compartment and have a new crank position sensor that is also hooked up correctly. One thing I have noticed that wasn't acting normally, was when the key is placed in the on position and the dash lights pop up they never go away. I don't what could cause this.

Any input is appreciated.

Apparently the dash lights aren't supposed to go off so that's not an issue. Still I've changed all the related fuses and made sure everything else is hooked up but can't get spark. Any ideas?

In my endeavors to become a better Audiophile/Basshead my spoiler tail light has come loose and makes a terrible rattling noise. The spoiler is the low rise spoiler that comes in contact with the trunk. So what’s the best adhesive to use since a lot of water does tend to accumulate beneath the spoiler.

Hey just wanted a couple of opinions on my project. Basically im finally doen with school till the fall and I’m going to start working in a restaurant soon so ill have a constant income list includes small things I’ve wanted to do for some time.
-Big 3
-Trunk Deadening
-front door speakers
-Engine clean and Re-sealing the valve covers
-sub upgrade/box redo and interior wire clean up
-New rims (budget about $650)
-all around paint touch ups. (I’m still contemplating just getting the entire car repainted)
-Amp wire clean ups
- Headlight upgrade (05-06 model style or clear corned, I’m still deciding)
It’s a lot of small projects that I’m stringing together the real stuff like performance upgrade I plan on doing in the future. Think this is possible. I can post pics if any one would like.

I havent changed my plugs since ive owned the car (about 20,000 miles) dont know when they were changed last. Recently installed a turbo and have been having acceleration issues, misfiring, hesitations etc. Is this contributing to my issue?

Raceland coilover question

So I have a couple questions about my setup before I go and buy some coilovers. So right now I have a 17x8 with 35offset rim. Tires or eagle gt 215/50r17s, my question is would I have to roll my fenders with that offset and size of tire, whenever I turn my wheel I do rub a little when it's turned almost all the way to one side. Also do the raceland coilovers have a camber adjustment in the front and back?
